Sizing & fit
How does it fit?
Regular. Straight through the body, soft shoulder, no compression. It isn't oversized and it isn't slim.
I'm between sizes.
Take the smaller one. Knit gives, and a knitted polo that starts slightly snug settles into shape after a few wears. A knit that starts loose only gets looser.
How do I find my size without a measuring tape?
Take a polo you already like the fit of, lay it flat, and measure across the chest an inch below the armhole. Match that number to the chest column on the size guide. Or just email us your usual size in a brand you wear often and we'll tell you which of ours matches.
Do you stock anything above XL?
Not yet. S to XL for now. If enough people ask for XXL, we'll knit it into the next run — so do ask.
The knitwear
Are the stripes printed?
No. The bands, tipping and colour blocks are worked into the fabric itself, which is why the texture continues through a colour change instead of stopping at it.
Will it be too warm for Indian summers?
The fine-gauge pieces breathe well in most Indian conditions. The heavier ribbed pieces are better suited to evenings, air-conditioned offices, and October through March in most of the country.
Will it pill?
A little, under the arms and along the sides, in the first few wears. That's friction between the knit and your body, not a fault. Take it off with a fabric comb or a knit shaver — never by pulling. It settles down after that.
Will it shrink?
Not if you wash it cold and dry it flat. Heat is what shrinks knitwear — hot water and tumble dryers, both of which the care guide asks you to avoid.
Ordering & delivery
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free on every order, no minimum, anywhere in India.
How long will it take?
Dispatched within 2 working days. From there: Mumbai and Pune 2–4 days, other metros 3–5 days, rest of India 5–8 days, Northeast and island territories 7–12 days. Full detail on the shipping page.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available on any order, anywhere we deliver, with no extra charge. Choose it at checkout. Worth keeping the exact amount ready — some couriers can't give change.
What else can I pay with?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If it shows no movement for more than 48 hours, tell us and we'll chase it.
Returns & exchanges
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us within 7 days of delivery. Your first exchange on an order is free — we arrange pickup and pay for re-delivery. Item must be unworn and unwashed with tags on.
Can I get a refund instead?
Yes, within the same 7 days and the same condition. A flat ₹150 reverse-shipping fee comes off the refund, since your original shipping was free.
How are COD orders refunded?
By bank transfer. We'll ask for your account details once the item is back with us and has passed inspection.
What if it arrives damaged or it's the wrong item?
Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full, including all shipping. You pay nothing.
How long does a refund take?
We process within 3 working days of the item reaching us. Your bank takes another 5–7 working days after that.
Stock
A colour I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Maybe. We knit in small runs and some colours retire rather than repeat. Join the email list and we'll tell you if it returns — that's the only reliable way to know.
Why only ten colourways?
Because we'd rather retire a colour than water it down. Small runs mean we can be fussy about the ones we keep.
