Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out within 2 working days. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Courier delays during festival periods and monsoon disruption are outside our control.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If the link shows no movement for more than 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase it.
Payment
Pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet — or choose cash on delivery at checkout.
Cash on delivery carries no extra charge, applies to any order value, and is available anywhere we deliver. Please keep the exact amount ready where you can; some couriers cannot give change.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available across three delivery attempts, we'll refund the order value once it reaches us, less any courier charges incurred.
