1. Who you're buying from
This store is operated by MrPolo, Asma Fakih Road, Narpoli, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean MrPolo. "You" means the person placing the order.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or shopping with the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Products and colour
We photograph every product as faithfully as we can, but screens vary. Slight differences between the photograph and the garment in hand are not a defect. Knitwear is measured by hand and dimensions may vary by up to half an inch from the size guide.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment gateway; your order is not confirmed until payment clears.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud or resale in bulk without our agreement.
6. Stock
Stock shown on the site is our best live figure. In rare cases an item sells out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we'll contact you within one working day and refund you in full.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Returns and refunds are governed by Returns & Exchanges. Both form part of these terms.
8. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Title passes when we've received payment in full.
9. Intellectual property
All photography, text, designs and the MrPolo name on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
10. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under it. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to break security, no fraudulent orders.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — courier disruption, natural disaster, strike, civil unrest, government action or failure of public infrastructure.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version live on the site at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
